Welcome! Before completing your amenity application, please review the following important information about accessing Seabrook Island Club and Lakehouse amenities. Guests who plan to use Club and Lakehouse amenities must complete the rental application below in advance. All amenity passes are fully digital and available through the Seabrook Island Club app. Your digital pass can be scanned directly from your mobile device for entry and for charging privileges at all Club and Lakehouse amenities during your stay. In the app, your digital amenity pass is called a Member Card and can be found in the main menu. What to Expect After Registration: Once your application is submitted, you will receive three (3) automated emails from the system, please look for those under [email protected]. 1. Confirmation that your application has been received 2. A welcome email with your login credentials, once approved. Please note amenity applications are approved in arrival date order. 3. Confirmation that your credit card has been successfully linked, once you have done so. Please note, guest profiles are not active until a credit card is entered for each, how to instructions will be sent in the welcome email. Important Reminders: • An amenity pass is only required if you plan to use the Club or Lakehouse amenities. • The digital amenity pass cannot be shared across multiple devices. • Children under 12 do not require their own login. • One device login is sufficient for guests who are usings the amenities together. • The Club and Lakehouse digital amenity pass is separate from the vehicle pass system.
